Through her diverse roles as a social worker, community engagement coordinator, project manager, wellbeing coordinator and housing officer, within local authorities, private, third sector and health organisations, Marcela has cultivated a rich tapestry of experience and connections.
This journey ignited a passionate belief: that communities possess incredible power to uplift every individual. With this belief at the forefront, Marcela, alongside a circle of dedicated collaborators who share a vision for positive change, launched this initiative with an unwavering commitment to fostering environments where small and medium organisations can flourish, even in the face of changing and competitive funding landscapes.
